Site Pro 2 Call Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the public Site Pro 2 Call website. A separate written agreement controls any paid SEO, website, or consulting project.

Effective date: July 28, 2026
Informational Website
The website provides general information about SEO, Local SEO, technical website issues, content, website performance, search visibility, and related business topics. The information is not a promise that a specific recommendation applies to every website. Recommendations and services depend on the website, market, competition, available evidence, platform, hosting, access, and business goals.
No Ranking or Business-Result Guarantee
Search engines, advertising platforms, directories, browsers, hosting providers, and third-party services control their own systems. Site Pro 2 Call does not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, map position, lead count, revenue amount, indexing date, Core Web Vitals result, or completion timeline unless a separate written agreement states a specific deliverable that is within Site Pro 2 Call’s control.
Service Requests and Project Agreements
Submitting a form, sending an email, or making a telephone call does not create a service contract. Paid work begins only after the parties agree in writing to the scope, price, responsibilities, access requirements, payment terms, schedule, and approval process. If a written project agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project agreement controls.
Acceptable Use
You may use the website for lawful business research and communication. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, misuse the contact form, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a way that harms availability, or use the content to make deceptive claims about Site Pro 2 Call or its clients.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, the website design, original copy, branding, graphics, and code published by Site Pro 2 Call are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Normal linking and brief quotation with attribution are permitted. Reproducing substantial portions of the site, reselling the content, or presenting the work as another company’s original material requires written permission.
Case Studies, Rankings, and Examples
Case studies and ranking examples describe dated observations and past work. Search results can differ by location, device, personalization, competition, and time. Examples are not guarantees of future performance, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Websites and Services
Links to Google documentation, client websites, tools, or other third-party resources are provided for reference. Site Pro 2 Call does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, pricing, or later changes.
Website Availability and Limitations
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the content accurate and the site available, but uninterrupted access and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Site Pro 2 Call is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information. Any project-specific warranty, liability, dispute, or governing-law provision belongs in the separate written service agreement.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when the website, services, or operating practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the public website after an update means the current terms apply to that use.
Paid Work Requires a Written Scope
Project pricing, deliverables, responsibilities, access, approvals, and payment terms are confirmed separately before work begins.
